For those of you who don’t Know ~ I AM a total word nerd and LOVE exploring language, linguistics and the etymology / ORIGINs of WORDS.
I recently had a Sister ask me about the etymology of the word CONFIDENCE … and upon doing some exploring what was revealed to me WEre common threads and connections BEtween INnocence and confidence.
The etymology of the word INnocence IS “freedom from sin”.
INNOCENCE IS TO LIVE IN-HONESTY … to Live FREE FROM LIES, and IN Devotion to Truth & Love.
The meaning of the word sin IS “to go against.”
EVERYTHING that you say, everything that you do and everything that you BE against yourSelf IS a sin.
To sin IS to use THE WORD against yourSelf, to INvest your Faith IN lies, and to use those lies against yourSelf.
The etymology of the word shame IS "to cover". To cover and NOT FULLY FEEL the rawness & tenderness of not BEING TRUE TO YOURSELF, your He(ART), your INTEGRITY and your INNOCENCE.
Shame IS Known to BE a consequence of sin.
When you Live IN shame … you LACK Trust IN yourSelf. IN God. IN Life.
You LACK CONFIDENCE.
The etymology of the word CONFIDENCE IS “to have FULL Trust. To have FULL Faith”.
You doubt yourSelf and you lack confidence … when / if you are Living on a throne of Lies. IN Devotion to lies. When you INvest your faith IN the LIE OF YOUR IMPERFECTION. When you Live from the trance of your deficiency.
You are confident when you LIVE ON A THRONE OF TRUTH. WHEN YOU LIVE IN DEVOTION TO LOVE.
You are confident when INvest you Faith IN the Truth of your Bounty, Beauty and Perfection.
